①Reproducibility: At the 1800th minute, the average cumulative dissolution rate of the Reference was 97.68% with an RSD of 0.43%. The average cumulative dissolution rate of the Sample was 105.43% with an RSD of 0.89%.
②Distinguish: This method has good discrimination between Reference & Sample.
CONCLUSION: RT700 has good reproducibility and differentiates in vitro dissolution testing of oral softgels.
