Experimental Result
①Studies of velocity: The injection was able to reach the dissolution endpoint at all velocity of 4/8/16 mL/min. And the dissolution rate was slowest at 4mL/min.
②Reproducibility: At a velocity of 4 ml/min, the RSD of this injection ranged from 1.21~3.27%.
CONCLUSION: The velocity has a significant effect on the in vitro dissolution of this injection. And RT700 can provide good reproducibility for it.
