①Reproducibility: The RSD range of Sample 1 was 0.59~8.60% while Sample 2 was 0.46~9.50%.
②Distinguish: This method has good discrimination between Sample 1 & Sample 2.
CONCLUSION: RT700 provides good reproducibility and distinguish for in vitro dissolution testing of liposome injection.
